Kob khun mak.
Chicken, Coconut milk, green curry paste, palm sugar, fish sauce, kaffir lime leaves and Thai basil. Good for 8 people.
Pork , potato and green beans with creamy, spicy, and savory Thai dish featuring a vibrant red paste made from dried red chilies, lemongrass, garlic, and other spices, simmered in coconut milk.
Slow-cooked beef, potato, peppers with rich, savory-sweet sauce made from coconut milk and a distinctive paste of dried chilies, lemongrass, galangal, makrut lime zest, garlic, shallots, shrimp paste, coriander, cumin, and peanuts.
Mince chicken with a spicy garlic-chili paste, combination of soy, oyster, fish sauce, sugar, and a generous amount of Thai basil.
Slow-cooked beef, potatoes with mild, creamy, and less spicy than other Thai curries. The flavor is derived from a blend of toasted spices (cumin, coriander, cloves, cinnamon) and aromatics (shallots, garlic, lemongrass, galangal).
