Tteokbokki (pronounced duk-bo-kee) is one of South Korea’s most popular street foods, consisting of soft, chewy, cylindrical rice cakes simmered in savoury, spicy and slightly sweet red chilli sauce.
Deep-fried chicken mandu (Korean dumplings) are a popular, crispy snack often filled with minced chicken, vegetables and seasoning.
Bulgogi is a classic Korean dish of thinly sliced marinated beef pan -fried, known for its sweet, savoury, and garlic flavour made with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and grated pear to tenderize.
Beef Kimbap is Korean seaweed rice rolls that are filled with Bulgogi (Korean marinated BBQ beef) and other vegetable fillings. These fillings typically include; carrots, blanched seasoned spinach, yellow radish pickles, and brushed sesame oil and topped with sesame seeds. 6 rolls sliced to bite-size pieces.
Yangnyeom chicken is double deep fried chicken that is coated with sticky, spicy, sweet sauce, and sesame seeds.
